Ray Cullen Visits World Hub
WORLD HUB, July 8, 2009 –
Exciting things have been happening at the Sojourner's World Hub, not
the least of which was a visit by Ray Cullen and
his wife Glenda. Gideon Gary Cordell set up the meeting and
accompanied President Cullen so Cullen could share with The
Sojourner and Mrs. Sojourner the work being accomplished by The Gideons, and in particular, Mr. Cullen's experiences.
Such a wonderful time
we had," said The Sojourner,
"listening to and learning from Ray about the phenomenal number
of testaments given out in so many countries!
Cullen told not only of The Gideons work in terms of
numbers of Bibles, but also how they are delivered against all odds
due to either cultural or government oppression. He told of himself
and others distributing God's Word in places where it was at great
peril to anyone who would step out to do so. He told of he and
others witnessing where it was, and is, "too dangerous to witness." |

"I
had to share some of what he told us by interviewing Ray." (The Interview is posted here
with this article)
"As Mrs. Sojourner and I listened we could not help but
think of how easy it has been to give Bibles or witness in the
United States but it is often not done or ignored here. How sad, in
a land where there is little danger in doing so people who claim
Christ will go into the highways and hedges for almost any reason
but to proclaim the Gospel."
Ray and The Sojourner also
swapped stories of their missionary experiences in Africa, South
America, and Asia. They took time before parting to pray for each
other and the ministries in which they labor. The Sojourner said,
"What a privilege to know such Believers."

The time in which we live is
alarming but not without hope... that hope is Jesus the Christ.
Call on him today to be both your Lord and Savior! The Sojourner |
